There is always a debate in Bollywood on how an actress should look " whether she should be curvy or not remains debatable but the argument gets interesting with every passing day.

If you ask Bipasha Basu - who recently launched her second fitness video - her take is pretty clear. She doesn't think that thinness equals to fitness and the choice depends on an individual.

She told CS, `I don't endorse size zero. Fitness is a state of mind and one has to work hard to get the kind of body one desires. It's very important to feel good from inside. When you get home after a hard day's work, there should be a smile on your face.`
