With a relatively good year at the box office, Riteish Deshmukh is on a high. Close on the heels of news that he will soon start work on his upcoming Marathi production, looks like the actor is all set to take his Marathi mulga image forward. Word is that he has been offered a Marathi ad from a cellular network brand.

A source informs, `He has received a very generous offer from a mobile network brand that is looking at strengthening its foothold in Maharashtra. Riteish is popularly known as Maharashtra's poster boy.

The brand couldn't think of anyone but him to be their face.` The source adds that the brand honchos have also asked the actor to pitch in with his creative inputs for the making of the ad.

Our informer adds, `Riteish has apparently been offered as much as Rs 2 crore for one year for endorsing this brand.`
