Headquartered in Los Angeles, CAA is known for representing Hollywood's A-listers, including Tom Cruise, Kate Winslet, Steven Speilberg and Will Smith.
The joint venture, CAA KWAN, will explore opportunities for clients in the areas of motion pictures and television, music, commercial endorsements, sports consulting, licensing and merchandising, live events, and business development.
CAA KWAN will be jointly led by CAA's David Taghioff and Caleb Franklin, along with KWAN's chief executive officer and managing director Anirban Das Blah and chief operating officer Indranil Das Blah.
The new company, with more than 60 employees, will be based in Mumbai, with offices in Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

The association, a combination of CAA's experience, influence, and expertise, with KWAN's extensive knowledge of the Indian entertainment industry, will enable the company to provide an unmatched spectrum of services for our clients, according to Anirban Das Blah.
