The guests in SRK and Kat were simply out of the world. To put it simply, even the actual movie would not be such an entertainer as much as the special episode. If this episode is released in theatres, it would certainly make a giant killing. And why not? Especially when the star cast brags of such big names.
In the curtain raiser, Kat took the centre stage and invited AB and SRK from the audience. All three of them danced to Shava Shava. And then AB asked Kat to announce the opening lines of KBC in Hindi, "Punch Koti...".
If the start was so good, so was the Question Answer session, where SRK and Kat had friendly banters. They could garner 25 lakh rupees which would be evenly shared by Kat's mother's foundation for poor girls and SRK is contributing it to a special Cancer Centre at the Nanavati Hospital. With such noble intentions, the show had to triumph.
Though the questions were a mixed bag of being easy and difficult, the cast ensured constant humour. They even danced to Gangnam style, about which SRK shared very interesting information with the audience.
The highlight was when AB and SRK mimicked and acted to the other's dialogue. And then the bone of contention was Don's dialogue as they both wanted to own it.
Kat and SRK danced to 'Saans' song from JTHJ.
If they are good actors, AB, SRK and Kat showed that they are even bigger showpersons. They kept the attention of the audience riveted till the end.
If Indians didn't have Bollywood, I wonder what would they have sustained on?
