"I don't try to be different or choose a different subject every time. But naturally a subject which you have done many times before will not appeal to you," the 62-year-old said at a press conference here of his new film "Sona Spa".
The actor further states that while he can take pride for doing different roles each time, the credit goes to writers.
"'Ishqiya ','The Dirty Picture' and 'Sona Spa' -- I think I can pride myself on the fact that a lot of my films have variety and that is not because of me, but it is because of the writers and the filmmakers. There is also 'A Wednesday', there are other movies also which have not seen the light of the day. Recently there was 'Maximum'," he said.
Naseer plays a godman in his new film "Sona Spa".
Talking about the role, he said: "This character is a satire, sort of a comment on the self-proclaimed holy men, who are rampant in our country."
"Sona Spa" is being directed by Makarand Deshpande.
