Rift between Shah Rukh Khan and Pritish Nandy is now history, reports Bollywood Trade.

The episode that started with Shah Rukh's wife Gauri and friend Karan Johar being denied entry for a private screening of Pritish Nandy Communications' (PNC) "Shabd", ended at a luncheon meeting of the producer at King Khan's residence.

Earlier, an upset Shah Rukh had told the organisers of Sansui awards, instituted by Pritish Nandy six years ago, that he was against the idea of associating with anything that had to do with PNC.

Since Shah Rukh was a brand ambassador for Sansui, the event could not be held without him, causing Sansui Chairman Venugopal Dhoot to reportedly try and convince Nandy to keep a low profile.

Instead, Nandy decided to resolve the problem by directly meeting Shah Rukh at his residence. Sansui and PNC will now proceed with the event to be held in London May 29, where Shah Rukh has agreed to perform.
