Call it Amisha's curse or little brother's hard luck; Ashmit Patel has always been in the news for the wrong reasons.

Despite a blockbuster like 'Murder' on his CV, he hardly got any attention in the tinsletown and today when he managed to turn every head in the industry, it is not because of his histrionics.

The Patel junior has been caught on camera, while publicly displaying his affection to a girl, touted to be none other than Riya Sen.

According to a Mumbai tabloid, which claims to have the complete version of this raunchy video, the two have been a cosy couple for a long time and were just like sitting ducks for the gossip hungry paparazzi.

The paper has allegedly acquired the clip from its sources in US and claims, "It has undoubtedly been shot with the pair's knowledge. In fact, it looks as though Ashmit has shot it."

"Though the girl does have a striking resemblance to Riya Sen, but for most of the video her face isn't clearly visible. A major part of the clipping shows the girl being shot and there is a lot of nudity. As the film progresses, Ashmit comes into the picture and the couple smooch. The actor is fully dressed in the video."

Ashmit, though, affirms the existence of the video but claims, it has been doctored in order to ruin his career.

"I have been getting calls about this. I don't know where it has come from. All I can say is that someone is playing a sick prank. I keep meeting Riya and we are doing a film together too, besides that I don't want to say anything," says another angry Patel.
