Farhan Akhtar has referred his trainer Samir Jaura to help Priyanka Chopra prepare for her Mary Kom biopic

Juara has been a trainer for many years and has done his studies from the International Sports Science Association.

Confirms Priyanka, `I'm working out with Samir for Mary Kom. It was Farhan who referred his name to me. He has worked with him during Rock On!! and for Milkha Singh bippic.`


A source adds, `Priyanka will be shown as a mother of two just like Mary Kom. So for those portions she will have to put on weight and then lose weight for her boxing matches.`

The source adds, `Given PC's crazy schedules, she has been working out with him even in the middle of the night. They train everyday for a minimum of one hour.`

To get the abs that PC wants, the trainer has put her on a high protein and low carb diet which includes more of non-veg food and less of rice and eating every two hours plus protein shakes. The actress will also be heading to the US for her boxing training.
