Shah Rukh Khan's magnum opus Asoka-The Great has run into trouble with the censors with the West Bengal Censor Board asking Kareena Kapoor to wear more clothes to cover her revealing attire in the film.Kareena, who plays Princess Kaurwaki in the film, is wearing period costumes deemed as `revealing` by the local censor board in West Bengal.
Kareena's revealing body can be seen in the promos of the film, which have been on air for quite some time now.The West Bengal Censor Board has ordered changes in the posters of the film where a ‘revealing' Kareena can be seen.
As the posters have to be in place two weeks before the release of the film, the distributor is all fumed up with the charges ordered. Asoka-The Great releases on October 25.
