Life is full of surprises, and Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai won't deny it. Tonight, Aishwarya is scheduled to fly off to London to shoot a major secret film.

The movie Provoked which is being directed by Jagmohan Mundhra, also features Miranda Richardson, Naveen Andrews, Jimmy Mistry and Nandita Das.

The movie is based on a true story of a Punjabi woman named Kiranjit Ahluewalia, who left India to marry a London-based guy only to be badly abused in the marriage. Provoked is being directed by Jagmohan Mundhra, whose earlier credits include Kamla and Bawandar, both dealing with the subject of the traumatised woman.
