Aadesh Srivastava has replaced Ismail Darbar as composer for Sultan Productions' film, Husn. An insider
reveals that Darbar, who hasn't really tasted success after his fallout with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali,
hiked his price from Rs two lakh to Rs five lakh per song.
That too, after recording two songs for the film. Says producer Farah Sultan Ahmed, "Aadesh is like family;
I've asked him to record the songs though I haven't yet thrown Darbar out. I have to teach him a lesson. He
can't take people for granted!"
Husn has been in trouble from day one. Lead actress Meghana Naidu harassed Ahmed by canceling the
dates she'd allotted for this film. But when the producer threatened to throw her out of the project, the
newcomer herself opted out, citing price issues. She was soon replaced by Meera Vasudevan.
