A case has been registered against actor Nana Patekar for allegedly threatening a businessman with his gun near Vashi on city outskirts.

Businessman Utkarsh Morarma had an argument with the actor over a minor accident that occurred on the Ghatkopar-Mankhurd link road in north-east Mumbai around 4.30 pm yesterday, police said here on Friday.

Later, when the two vehicles stopped at the toll gate, Patekar allegedly abused Morarma, hit him on face and then showed his gun threatening to kill the businessman, according to the complaint by Morarma.
