Akshay Kumar's film to be directed by Indra Kumar has been put on the backburner

As the star is busy with his other projects and Indra with his two films (one a sequel to Masti and the other with Rekha) which are presently on the floor, there has been no headway on the project. If both parties concerned are so busy, why was it announced?
