Aditya Panscholi was arrested and later released in an alleged assault case. According to the Bandra police, Panscholi was arrested after he allegedly assaulted Mukesh Tulsiani, the chairman of his building society. He was charged under Section 325 of IPC. He has been released on a personal bond of Rs 950.

Aditya when contacted said: "Tulsiani abused me and my wife which I could not tolerate. He was very peeved with me as I went and complained to the BMC about the leakage in my flat. You can ask the watchman of the building. He was present when the whole argument took place."

It maybe recalled here that Panscholi is known for his short temper and has a number of assualt cases registered against him at various police stations in the city.
