It seems Vinod Khanna is on a suing spree. He has now sued Sony TV for their serial titled Shubh Vivaah which is aired on Sony TV and which according to Vinod Khanna is taken from his serial Swayamvar broadcasted in Doordarshan.Shubh Vivaah is hosted by popular actress Madhuri Dixit. He has also sued the actress. Khanna got a glimpse of the promos of Shubh Vivaah with Madhuri as its host and immediately issued a legal notice to Sony TV.

According to the CEO of Sony TV Kunal Dasgupta the concept of marriage is age old and no channel could be held responsible for coming up with an idea associated with the marriage theme. Swayamvar is being produced by Khanna`s company.
