And no one knows it better than Farhan Akhtar. For a 60-second shot in his upcoming Milkha Singh biopic, the director-turned-actor had to undergo a gruelling training session over four months.

Farhan pumped iron for a month even in the extremely cold and windy weather of Ladakh. From walking to running and cycling, he did it all.


'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' video song set to release

The first video song of upcoming movie, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, will be released on Friday.

Penned by Prasoon Joshi and composed by Shankar-Ehsaan- Loy, the song has been envisaged more like a youth anthem, shows the zeal of moving ahead and doing something great.

The essence of the song brings in the character of Milkha Singh himself.

Siddharth Mahadevan, Shankar Mahadevan's son makes his singing debut in Bollywood with this song.

The teaser of the film has garnered a lot of appreciation from the audience.
