Perhaps Randeep Hooda should have been more careful before lighting up his cigarette at the Collectorate's office in Udaipur

The actor was spotted puffing away on the sets of Pooja Bhatt's film. Our sources say it was during a break in shooting in the City of Lakes that he stepped out to have a smoke.

Smoking in public places is prohibited under the Rajasthan Prohibition of Smokers and Non-Smokers Health Protection Act, 1999. An insider says, `The shoot took place on Sunday. No complaint has been registered.`


Bhatt however states that she does not defend her actor's move. `Randeep was certainly smoking where he should not have been. He will have to bear the consequences of that like any other citizen of India but the crowd never created any fuss and neither did he leave the sets, ` she says. Randeep remained unavailable for comment.
