Negar was walking on the ramp in a two-piece outfit, when her minimal piece of clothing fell off giving shutterbugs 3 full seconds to capture her in her B'day suit.
As the show boasted presence of some of the biggest Norwegian models including Miss Norway, the entire media battery was also lined up and according to our sources Negar didn't disappoint anyone.
If it was an unintentional dress malfunction or a deliberate attempt to attract attention, we don't know yet but one thing is for sure countries don't matter to Negar when in comes to controversies.
While in India, Negar hit the headlines last year when a Norwegian magazine published some of her alleged topless pictures. Along came the near nude still from 'Hello... Kaun Hai?', where she adorned just a few flowers to cover her modesty.
