Rani Mukherjee is not happy. And it isn`t the media`s speculation about her affair with Govinda this time. She is angry about her latest film Nayak being criticized for the wrong reasons. "People haven`t even taken time to see the film and have started criticizing it. When you talk to them about the film all they say is that there were matkas in the film.

So there were other things too, including the spectacular traffic scene, the blast sequence and the mud fight which were extra ordinary. No one can film those scenes like Shankar has. But all these armchair critics can pinpoint about Nayak are the matkas. Arre, they can`t shoot even the matka scene as well as Shankar has done it. So what are the people who are running the film down talking about?" Rani believes that Nayak the real hero stood a chance if it weren`t for the bad publicity it got right after it`s release.
