Indian production house Percept Picture Company has reportedly signed Hollywood heavyweights Mel Gibson and Colin Farrell for its forthcoming production, Tree Of Life.

The company is said to have been negotiating with the two artistes over the last five months and recently gave a nod for the proposal.

The $145 million project, to be directed by Oscar-winner Terence Malik, will be extensively shot abroad, though 15 per cent of the film will be shot in India.

Percept is now said to be looking at the option of roping in funding partners for the film, one of them being its regular partner the Sahara Group.
