Filmmaker Anees Bazmee, who helmed many light-hearted entertainers including 'No Entry', 'Welcome' and 'Ready', says that he does not endorse the idea of adult comedies

Bazmee feels they are shortcuts to movie-making.

"I don't like vulgar and adult comedy as I feel it is an easy way to make a film. I feel those who have faith in their writing capabilities must not use such shortcuts to make a film.

I have two daughters one is married and other is studying so I don't want to make films that one can't sit and watch with family. In personal life also, I don't enjoy double meaning jokes," Bazmee said.

Presently, Bazmee is busy with his next film 'Welcome Back'. It's a sequel to the 2007 film 'Welcome' and has Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor reprising their roles of Uday Shankar Shetty and Majnu Bhai respectively. While John Abraham, Shruti Haasan are the new additions.

Considering 'Welcome' a box-office hit, there are huge expectations from Bazmee to deliver this time too.

"There is a mental pressure in a way. But I feel by thinking about pressure we end up spoiling the work. Expectations are there from audience... They expect me to make a good family entertainer. I feel that the expectations give a sense of responsibility. But I will continue to work hard and deliver my best," he added.

Bazmee says the film will start next month and we are looking forward to finish it up by January or February.

"If we get festival release then it would be great for us. All the films that I have directed till now 'Pyaar Toh Hona Hi Tha', 'No Entry', 'Singh is King', 'Ready' and 'Welcome' never got released during festival but still did very well," he said.

"I am not eyeing for a festive release, I think if that happens then it will be great for us. I also want my film to break records.

But we need to see which other films are coming that time as Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar plan their movies to release during festivals. And to come alongside them is a big thing. I don't want to spoil my relations for a film with anyone," he added.
