Actor Fardeen Khan today sought to distance himself from the cocaine selling controversy related to apparel
major Provogue, of which he is the brand ambassador, saying he was not involved.
The actor, who returned from abroad early today, denied reports in a section of the media alleging his
involvement in the racket. "I am innocent. I am nowhere involved. If necessary, I can prove it in the court", he
said.
Police were tightlipped about alleged involvement of bigwigs from film or fashion industry.
Three persons, including two former Provogue employees and an assistant police inspector, have so far been
arrested in the case.
