Ranveer Singh's dengue fever has affected the shooting schedule of his next Kill Dill. Advised complete rest for 30 days by the doctors, Ranveer has asked his producers to postpone the shoot till November. Otherwise the shooting of a song sequence was to start from October 14.

Ranveer says that he told the director Shaad Ali that he wants to give his 100 % to the movie and let him be fully in form. Right now he is feeling week and listless due to the deadly disease from which he is recovering.

He says that he will be joining Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela's promotional programme soon as the movie is going to be released on November 15. He will be appearing on TV channels with his landmark moustache as seen in Ram Leel, which he could not do for Lootera which was released in July because RL was being shot at that time. The filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane wanted him to shave off his beard and moustache and give the real look as portrayed in the film but that was not possible.
