The 21-year-old Bappa is said to have given a remarkable background score in forthcoming film "Kaun Ho Sakta Hai", which marks the comeback of veteran filmmaker Hersh Kohli after a gap of almost 20 years.
The film's music has been composed by Bappi Lahiri, who had given some of the most melodious songs in Kohli's earlier films like "Aangan Ki Kali" and "Love In Goa".
The father-son duo are said to have teamed up to spell magic in Kohli's film.
Says Bappa: "I also programmed the songs in the film and it's a great learning experience working with daddy. It's a big thing to be able to do the background score of a thriller like 'Kaun Ho...' and I am looking forward to the response. In fact, I am now looking at doing the background music of many more films."
Bappa has also been signed to do the background score of K.C. Bokadia's "Bold".
He says he found the background score of Salim-Sulaiman in "Bhoot" "terrific to say the least".
