Sources say Vidya Balan is reeling under the effects of the sudden weather change

Despite her cheery self at the recent unveiling of her upcoming film, 'Shaadi Ke Side Effects', Vidya Balan has not been keeping well.

Sources say that Vids has been suffering from a bad cough and a cold. She is even running a high temperature. She had not been travelling outside her home to keep her health in check.

Says an insider, `The producers had offered to push the launch event ahead to accommodate her ill health but she insisted on attending it. She took her medicines to be able to come for the event.`

The film is slated to release early next year and the makers have been planning to start the promotions soon. Sources say calling off the event could have jeopardised their plans. Vidya's spokesperson confirms, `She is a thorough professional and in spite of being unwell, she came for the launch party.`
