Rajkumar Hirani has purchased a bungalow in the suburb in order to find himself space and time for his upcoming script

There are lengths a writer would go to obtain peace for his work. Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani is clearly one of them. The writer-director who was living in Bandra east for all this while has recently shifted to Goregaon where he has purchased a huge bungalow. The reason implied is that he wants to concentrate on a script.

A source close to him says, `He was on a lookout for a house for quite some time now. He not only wanted a bigger house but also wanted to be at a peaceful place with minimal disturbance. So he visited many locations and finally found one property which he thought could fulfill his requirements. Once all formalities were finalised and the house was done, he shifted immediately with his family.`


The source adds, ` It is a very expensive bungalow and surrounded by many picturesque locations outside. Once you step in the house you tend to feel relaxed because of the ambience. Not many people know the address of his new residence and it's a secret for many as the director wants to sit and write peacefully for a while now. Here, he can totally engross himself into writing. He has made a garden outside his bungalow where he sits and likes to writes.`

Hirani's spokesperson says, `Rajkumar Hirani prefers to keep his personal life private. So, not many people know where he has shifted his residence except for his close ones.`
