Actor is planning a unique promotion for his debut production, 'One By Two'

Remember how just before the release of Kahaani, Vidya Balan went around with a baby bump and asking people about her missing husband Arnab Bagchi? Abhay Deol seems impressed with that kind of marketing campaign.

So for his debut production, One By Two, which stars him and his girlfriend Preeti Desai, he and his team has decided to begin marketing with posters of his character which will pose some general questions to the audience.

A source close to him says, `Abhay is trying to involve himself in every aspect of his film. The film is almost ready and he wants to work out marketing strategy for outdoor promotions. He plays the character of Amit Sharma and in the poster, a caricature will be asking some random questions with which audience can connect to.`


It was Abhay's suggestion to put up hoardings with random questions like 'Are you Amit Sharma?' 'Are you pakaoed with routine?' and 'Have you been dumped by your girlfriend?'. Obviously, the idea is to get the people curious and becomes a talking point. The creative team is working on the logistics at the moment.
