When Armaan was arrested by Lonavala police on the complaint of singer actress, Sofia Hayat, which comprised of some very grave charges ranging from Section 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means), 509 (word, gesture or act intended to outrage the modesty of a woman), 354(a) (sexual harassment), 294 (sing, recite or utter any obscene song or word) and 504 (intentional insult to provoke breach of peace) of the Indian Penal Code, many of the viewers of the show expected that this is going to be the end of the road for Armaan.


But contrary to every one`s expectations Armaan was released on bail with in 24 hours of his arrest. Although the charges which were registered were very much bailable, but within the short span of time in which Armaan got bail was really shocking for everyone.
