The authorities of Karnataka have charged veteran filmmaker Sanjay Khan with stealing electricity! Allegedly, Sanjay Khan, along with a couple of others, stole electricity for the construction of a health resort in Bangalore three years ago.

The authorities are also demanding twenty thousand dollars from Mr Khan. They say he allowed the resort to draw electricity from the main overhead cable illegally. Sanjay Khan denies the charges but the case is due to be heard by a local court and a final ruling to clear his name or hold him guilty would take some time.
