Salman is happy that heroine Sonakshi Sinha has lost weight. While recently complimenting producer Boney Kapoor he said, "Sir, I am happy that your heroine has lost weight." He further explained that Boney Sir has only one permanent heroine - Sridevi. And he wasn't referring to her over here. Said the superstar, "I am referring to Boney's Sir film heroineSonakshi Sinha who has lost a lot of weight recently."

Said Salman, "Sonakshi is looking very good. I always knew that she had it in her to knock off the weight. Before coming to me for Dabangg, Sonakshi had lost some 16-odd kilos. Recently, she realised she needed to lose another five to six kilos. But she wasn't doing it. Somewhere around my birthday, when I saw Sona, I realised that she had suddenly made up her mind to knock off those additional kilos. And boy oh boy, she has done it. She's a pretty girl and a knockout actress. If she keeps her weight in check, there's no stopping her."
