But after seeing the recent developments which have taken place, it looks like the ongoing tug of war and nasty exchange of allegations between the two is for real.
In the recent sequence of events, after Rupesh Paul's filing a legal suite against Sherlyn, even this stunning seductress has come on the front foot and has leveled some very serious allegation on Rupesh.
Marking the onset of her legal battle against Rupesh, Sherlyn has recently filed an FIR against the director alleging forgery, cheating and outrage of modesty by him. In a letter to Additional Commissioner of Mumbai Police and Senior Inspector of Santacruz police station, Sherlyn has complained that Rupesh made her sign "Kamasutra 3D" on the basis of fake documents and has also with-held her remaining remuneration. In her complaint Sherlyn stated that," he has refused to pay me my balance remuneration of Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs only) which is due as per my film contract."
Furthering, leveling some very serious charges of sexual overture, Sherlyn stated that, "During the shooting of the film, Mr. Paul had expressed his desire of wanting to have sex with me, and when I said to him that it was impossible as I was not at all interested in him sexually, he threatened to forfeit my balance remuneration, and to replace me in the film and to use my nude film footage as a blue/porn film in global commercial porn market, where according to him there is a huge demand for such film footage/moving visuals with Indian faces."
Extending her allegations, Sherlyn even added that, Rupesh sent her vulgar and obscene emails threatening about peddling her nude film-footage in the international porn markets, particularly in the Gulf and European countries, besides the USA, which as per the contract of the film has been shot strictly for the features film, titled, "Kamasutra 3D", and not meant for any other purpose."
With this ongoing war between Sherlyn and Rupesh getting even more hard hitting with every passing day, one thing is for sure that in the days we may see it getting even nastier.
