Celebrity hairstylist and wife of actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar, Adhuna made her first-ever ramp appearance Thursday at designer Asmita Marwah's show at the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week summer-resort 2014. She said it was scary, but got over soon.

She hit the ramp in a Salmon pink net palazzo with pin detailing and crop shirt with no jewellery whatsoever. Her hair was tied to give that neat look. Her stylish ear cuff added the wow factor to her appearance.

"This is the first time that I am walking the ramp. I think it's too scary, but it's great that it got over fast. I have always admired Asmita's clothes and I find her clothes very earthy and comfortable," Adhuna told reporters.

The collection was a blend of summer pants, dresses and skirts among others and the designs were blended well with unusual textures and pins.

Talking about her collection, Marwah said: "My collection is spring summer line so I have used natural fabrics like chanderi silk, which is perfect for the summer. I have emphasised a lot on the cuts and used summer colour palettes."

The five-day fashion extravaganza started here, Wednesday.
