The Salman starrer "Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar," awaiting release for more than a year, has now been fixed for a Nov 18 release, according to its producer Bubby Kent.

Tips released the music of the film more than six months ago. The music promos were subsequently discontinued after being played for a week on satellite channels. Kent feels that the delay is unlikely to affect the film's prospects.

"It is not as if we announced and cancelled the release of the film several times. Whatever people feel, the film will be a fresh one for the audiences," he says.

Kent is also hoping to cash on the success of the recently released Tamil version of the film, starring Madhavan, which got an encouraging response down south.
