The highrise has a glass facade and a centralised AC system, obviously at that height there are no windows you can keep open for any ventilation. The couple apparently feels that their two-year-old tot Viaan needs to be closer to earth to run around and play.
So they would prefer a home which is not so far removed from the rest of humanity. Good thinking, what say?
