The latest news about Salman Khan is that he is all set to write the script for a film which will be loosely based on his life.
Ironically, the film tentatively titled Meri Love Story, will be directed by Samir Karnik, who was earlier known as a thick buddy of Salman's arch rival Vivek Oberoi. The rumour
is that if Khan cannot get down to personally writing the entire script, he will at least supervise the project, like Vivek Oberoi did Karnik's earlier project Kyon Ho Gaya
Na.
Vikas Kapoor, Khan's secretary, says that whether or not the actor will single-handedly pen the script, he will surely be supervising the film and its story from start to
finish.
It remains to be seen whether Sameer will be able to rope in both Vivek and Ash to lend credibility to the autobiographical film.
