Does the name Priyanka Kothari ring any bells in your head? It is highly unlikely that you even know her inspite of the fact that she has shared screen with Amitabh Bachchan in Sarkar.

Well... you all know her as Nisha Kothari, the name Ram Gopal Verma has given to her.

"Since I started shooting for James, Ramuji would call me Nisha; soon everybody on the sets forgot my name and referred to me as Nisha. The name stuck and I loved it too," says Kothari who hails from a conservative Marwari Jain family.

But acting was always her first love, she insists.

"I was born in Calcutta but later shifted to Delhi. Since my childhood I always wanted to act. People would often call her nautanki," she recalls.

The actress has been living in Mumbai for more than two years now and eagerly awaiting for her debut film James.
