The one feeling the pinch is Yo Yo Honey Singh whose track 'Party With The Bhootnath' has been pushed to a place beyond the end-credits.
Says a friend of Yo Yo, `Yo Yo's song was never meant to be part of the film. But when they decided to put it with the end-titles, Yo Yo was okay with that. But now the song comes on after the end-titles when the audience has left the theatre.`
Director Nitesh Tiwari explains, `Bachchan Saab's song with Yo Yo Honey Singh doesn't come after the end-titles. It comes 40 seconds after the end credit-titles begin. That's because the mood of the song is drastically different from the film's conclusion. It'd have been too jarring.I wanted to give the time for the audiences' emotions to subside before the song begins.`
Due to the space given between the beginning of the end-titles and Yo Yo's song with the Big B the audiences departs from the theatre unaware of the song-and-dance treat at the end.
Honey Singh downplayed his disappointment at his big moment with the Big B being so tragically obfuscated.
Said Yo Yo, `It's okay.People leave the theatre. But they come back to dance in the aisles as soon as they hear my song. I got to do a song with Bachchan Saab. That's a lifetime achievement award. I'll be doing many more songs with him.`
