Ace lensman turned director Jagdish Mali is eagerly awaiting the day when he directs daughter Antara. Produced by Deepti Bhatnagar Productions, the film has been written by television writer Swapna Joshi and is scheduled to take off soon.

The only hitch is Deepti Bhatnagar's endless globetrotting with her travel show running round the clock on television.

"We are waiting for Deepti to return from her world tour so that we can get going on the film. Hopefully, it should happen in the next two months," Mali says.

Meanwhile, Antara has been keeping a discreet silence on her directorial debut "Mr Ya Miss", which is complete and ready for release. "Antara has always been a person who prefers to keep a low profile. She does not like to speak about her work until it is evident on screen," says the fond father.
