Saif Ali Khan is about to begin shooting for the next schedule of Kabir Khan's film, 'Phantom'. And since some scenes in the film need him to flaunt a muscular body, the actor has embarked on a new fitness regime. A source says, `In the next schedule, Saif has to do some high-octane stunts. Keeping that in mind, he has been working out twice a day. The actor even cut short his lunch break on the sets of 'Humshakals' in a bid to make more time for exercise. He does not want to take it easy now; rather he is very keen to get a muscular body in time for the 'Phantom' shoot.`
The actor has also been following a strict diet. `Apart from exercising in the morning and in the afternoon, he also does yoga at least thrice a week to make his body more flexible. He has been given a customised diet plan by Rujuta Diwekar, the dietitian he shares with wife, Kareena Kapoor. His personal fitness trainer, Kunal Dhandore, too accompanies him on his outdoor schedules to keep a check on his workout sessions. Saif has been working out religiously,` says the source.
Saif's spokesperson confirmed the news.
