Beleaguered southern star Khushboo Wednesday found support from India's Formula 1 driver and co-Tamilian Narain Karthikeyan who defended her views on pre-marital sex.

Speaking at the Hindustan Times Leadership summit here, he said there was nothing wrong in what Khushboo had said although people were offended by her statement.

Khushboo had said it was fine for girls to indulge in premarital sex if it was protected, a comment that led some to say that it hurt Tamil sentiments and even prompted defamation cases against her in Tamil Nadu.
