Tongues have been wagging in B-Town that when Katrina Kaif agreed to be part of Fitoor, the makers apparently gifted her a diamond necklace as a token of appreciation.

Kat has Rekha and Aditya Roy Kapur as her co-stars. The long-in-the-planning project had Kat initially not too sure of being part of the film. Later when she agreed the makers, who were hellbent on having her on board, allegedly gifted her the sparkler that costs a whopper.

Kat apparently was not too keen to accept it, but diamonds are a girl's best friend, no?
