The superstar of Indian cricket Kapil Dev will be donning a different role soon. The Jat from Haryana announced in Delhi the making of a film based on his life. It`s a full-length feature film and will be called `Kapil Dev - The True Story`.

Internationally acclaimed filmmaker Shekhar Kapur is also expected to be closely involved with the project. For this purpose Kapil has roped in Bollywood scriptwriter turned director Anurag Kashyap to pen the script for the film.
