Bollywood actress Yuvika Chaudhary visited Chandigarh for the promotion of her recently released movie, 'Yaaran da Katchup'. The actress had been having a very clenched schedule lately but even during her busy day she took out time for her one of the favorite sport bowling! Yuvika graced the occasion of a bowling competition 'Battle it Out' held at Bluo, Elante, on Friday. She not only represent her bowling team but also joint the youngsters for a bowling match. Talking about Chandigarh Yuvika said, `I simply love this place! I never miss a chance to visit Chandigarh, in fact if I am told I need to visit Chandigarh, within few seconds my bags are packed and I am ready to go! This place is so fascinating, one of the most happening places I feel.`

She further continued talking about her love for the city beautiful, she said, `After Mumbai, Chandigarh is my second favorite city. This place is so clam and soothing , the law and order everything is perfect about this city, that is why I'm attracted to this place. Other than that the people of the city are so loving and helping, I have experienced that during my stay while shooting for 'Yaraan da Katchup'. I have gone out to to party, dinner, also went to the 'Geri' to the 'Geri' route, it was so much fun.`


Yuvika also shared about her journey so far in the industry, "My roots are from Meerut, but I was brought up in Delhi. I always thought seeing myself on the silver screen, would be a dream that will never come true. My parents always wanted me to be doctor but being a rebel I opted for fashion designing course in Mumbai, soon when the course got over I got an offer for a show to which my parents didn't support much as at acting is not considered a good career option so I had to turn down the offer.` recalling the incident she added, ` But the producers went on to convince my parents to which the finally agreed, so that is how I started my journey.`

After that there was no looking back Yuvika has worked with Shah Rukh Khan in 'Om Shanti Om' and films like Summer, final then, Naughty at 40, khap, Enemy and Chaotic. Punjabi films Munde flowers Daddy Cool and Yaaran Da Katchup.

When asked about her upcoming project, she confirmed about been seen in Gita Jaldar film 'Yaraana'.
