Refusal to give dates for a film for more than four years has landed Manisha Koirala in trouble. Unless she mends her ways, she could face a ban on acting in films. The producer of the film, Shyam Chandok had complained to the Association of Motion Pictures and Television Program Producers (AMPTPP) about Manisha's non-cooperation resulting financial loss for him. The film titled Raghuvamshi had, apart from Manisha, late Raaj Kumar and his son Puru.
On receipt of the complaint AMPTPP Director General Anil Nagrath reportedly made several requests to Ms. Koirala to cooperate, but to no avail. An enraged Nagrath seems to have now decided to write to the Federation of Western India Cine Workers Association (FWIC) asking Manisha either to cooperate or face a ban.
Needless to say, a ban would spell an end to the Nepalese beauty's film career. For, a ban would forbid directors, cameramen and even make-up man to work with her.It remains to be seen how Ms Koirala, who has a tendency to court controversies would react to the grave threat to her reel life.
