Anurag Kashyap, Madhu Mantena, Vikramaditya Motwane and Vikas Bahl venture into the documentary segment with 'Katiyabaaz'.

Though in an individual capacity, Anurag has been involved with documentaries like 'The World Before Her' and 'Superman of Malegaon', for their production house, this is a maiden attempt.

The documentary, that deals with electricity theft in Kanpur, has been showcased at various film festivals and it has won a lot of awards. After garnering appreciation and critical acclaim overseas, makers Deepti Kakkar and Fahad Mustafa are now gearing up for its release next month.
