Morocco in Bombay??? Exactly!! Last night people experienced Morocco in Bombay with the launch of New Restaurant, Lounge and Bar "Morokko" with great fanfare.

One could easily get in to the Moroccan frame of mind once they entered "Morokko" what with 8000 sq. ft of pure Moroccan charm. Very Moroccan ambience with low, cushioned seatings with a hookah each at every table. Beautiful Open air bar with four pillars (minars) 18 sq.ft each surrounding the bar.

Lovely pool side to spend some lovely time. 4500 sq.ft of disc area where resident DJ Asher played music ranging from hip hop to bhangra mix to bollywood.

Capt. Rohit Jhamb played the perfect host welcoming one & all equally. The Morokkan party began with veteran and yesteryear actors RamMohan Sharma (whose son Manoj Sharma is the other partner of Morokko) Asha Parekh, Anjana Mumtaz having a good time.

The party had begun and to add some charm to it, one saw younger generation actors like Parmeet Sethi with Archana Puran Singh, Ayesha Jhulka walk in. Also spotted were Amita Nangia, Rakesh Bedi, Avinash Wadhwan, Sumeet Saigal etc.

Shawar, Zulfi, Muzamil, Bunty Grewal and Pravin Sirohi were seen having a good time amongst themselves.
