After weeks and weeks of speculation, the over worked rumour mills have come to a stop with it being finally revealed that Richa Chadha will indeed essay the role of Paro in Sudhir Mishra's next.

​Close on the heels of this news, a photo ​o​f her first look has also been ​revealed from the sets of the movie. T​he​ ​shooting ​for ​the first schedule of the movie ​ has begun​ in Lucknow, where Richa has donned a de-glam avatar of the famed Paravathi from Sarat ​C​handra Chatterjee's novel.


The shoot will last for over a period of one month in the city of the Nawabs where the cast and crew have been put to a rigorous task to finish the first schedule with Richa before the rest of the cast arrives. Richa arrived in the city on Monday and immediately reached the set for the first take of the film. After several adaptations of the famous novel, we are anticipating a fresh take on the story, Sudhir Mishra style!
