Akshay Kumar has become the first Bollywood actor to decide against making his producer pay for his personal staff`s fees. Akshay has started this trend with Pahlaj Nihalani`s Talaash.

It may be recalled here that the producer has to pay for the actor`s staffers, that includes spot boy, make-up man, driver and hair-dresser, when an actor is shooting for his film.One wonders if other actors and actresses follow suit!
