When asked the actress would it be right for her to go on the food trip given her weight issues, an angry Parineeti retorted, "As you can see that people have already laughed on your question so I don't think there is a need to answer this question. I am sorry but this question is ridiculous for me and I didn't like it that much. I have done a film called DAAWAT-E-ISHQ, so for me to say that this food trip is wrong, would be weird."
She further clarified, "Also if I am eating food that doesn't mean I am not going to the gym after that or not doing something about it. So I think it is very disrespectful of you to ask me such a question. I think it's the best marketing plan for this film and I am definitely going for it. And if I was so conscious about my weight then I wouldn't have done DAAWAT-E-ISHQ. I am just staying true to the film and if I put on weight then I will go back to the gym and shed it off. So you please don't worry!"
Meanwhile, Parineeti also admitted that she gets offended when addressed as a 'bubbly' actress. Ask her the reason for it and she reveals, "My heart hurts when people call me 'Bubbly'. I don't like word bubbly because I don't think a word like that exists. We term cold-drinks and champagne as bubbly and not a person and that is what I think. You can call me cheerful, enthusiastic, happy etc. but not bubbly. I think I am a very expressive person." However, when asked her reaction on Rani Mukerji being called 'Babli', she was quick to justify, "That is 'Babli' and not 'bubbly'!" Now that was quite intellectual Parineeti! We like that!
