With several of her friends having family members in Kashmir and affected by the recent deluge, Tanishaa has extended a helping hand to the flood-hit.

The actress is mobilising first-aid kits, blankets, clothes, medicines and daily essentials for the affected. She is taking an active part in gathering the aid which an airline agreed to transport for free.

Tanishaa is part of a group in Mumbai which has rallied together to send essentials as part of the relief operations.
